I received one of these necklaces and LOVE it so much I just had to share it! It is beautifully hand made by Hot Mama Designs. This would make a great gift for yourself or a loved one! This style features two discs that are "stacked" on top of one another with optional attached birthstones. Choose your own disc and letter sizes to make it a one of a kind piece. You may order WITH or WITHOUT stones. $95.00 price includes a 16" necklace with two discs. You may add optional stones for $35.00 each. Please see OPTIONS to view customization choices. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery since these do have to be custom made.
NOTE: The images show the discs with the birthstones, you may order the birthstones for an extra fee.
