Is there a new baby in your family? Would your girlfriend like to add to her piece? Add a sterling silver disc to your necklace or bracelet here. You may order WITH or WITHOUT the stone. Choose your own disc size, letter size, birth stones and birth dates to make it a one of a kind piece. $30.00 price is for one disc. Optional stone may be added for $35.00. Please see OPTIONS to view all customization choices. This disk is beautifully hand made by Hot Mama Designs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery since these do have to be custom made. NOTE: The images show the discs with the birthstones, you may order the birthstones for an extra fee.
