I received one of these necklaces and LOVE it so much I just had to share it! It is beautifully hand made by Hot Mama Designs. This would make a great gift for yourself or a loved one! Choose a name or initials for the disks. More disks may be purchased separately.
This style features two sterling discs and optional attached or slide on birth stones. You may order WITH or WITHOUT the stones. Choose your own disc size, letter size, and birth stones to make it a one of a kind piece. $95.00 price includes a 16" necklace with two charms. You may add stones for $35.00 each. Please see OPTIONS to view customization choices. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery since these do have to be custom made.
NOTE: The images show the discs with the birthstones, you may order the birthstones for an extra fee.
